We will send square invoices and you can pay via all major credit cards. We also accept Zelle, or Paypal.
We guarantee that your animal will arrive alive or we will send a replacement animal at no cost (shipping cost for replacement animal will be paid by the customer).
Someone must be home to sign for the package or guarantee will be voided. If the customer request for the package to be held at a Hub, customer must pick up package the day it arrives and within the hours the Hub is open. Delays do not usually happen, but if there is a delay with shipping due to UPS or Fedex we will work with our customer to get any issues resolved as the issues arise.
DOA's rarely happen, but if they do we will need for our customer to send proof of the animal as soon as it arrives. We will not accept DOA claims the following day. If you notice something wrong or you have any concerns, please notify us as soon as possible. We will not issue any credit or refund after 7 days of the customer receiving the animal if we have not been notified of any issues previously.
