Live arrival guarantee on all animals only if the package is recieved or picked up from the hub within 1 hour of fed ex saying the package is available. No live guarantee on packages going to home addresses, hub only.
Sex, and genetic guarantee on all animals. Health guarantee in that you will receive a healthy animal with no known health issues, wounds, or ailments.
We do not ship from November 25-Jan 25 due to the holiday package rush. We do not ship in temps under 40 degrees or temps over 95.
If you insist on having an animal shipped in over 95 degrees, I have the right to refuse sale and not return an amount equal to deposit (25% of animal price.)
Payment plan information:
Payment plans are available with a 25% deposit which is NON REFUNDABLE and not transferable. Depending on the price on the animal you will have 14-90 days to pay it off. If you change your mind, have an issue etc Im sorry but you will NOT get a refund for any money sent all money sent except the deposit can be transferred to a future purchase.
If there is an issue with an animal received we must be notified with picture and video evidence within an hour of the animals arrival. DOA requires a video. We will do our very best to make issues right we pride ourselves on quality animals and quality customer service.
Sending payment for animal means you accept these terms of service.
