All our animals are feeding once a week and others going by their weight so depends on each Pet/Animal also appropriate sized meals unless otherwise specified under their description. All animals have had 5 or more consecutive meals unless otherwise specified.....

When buyer(s) obtain Multiple animals PLEASE keep in mind that, due to a bigger order there will be the need to package in a much bigger sized box and shipping cost for that will be based off weight, box size and zip code. In some circumstances shipping can be worked out with buyer(s) on a case-by-case basis.

Payment plans available for animals $500+ Payment plans are offered on a case-by-case basis. Typical our plans start with a 25% non-refundable deposit.
Animals will then be put on hold.
If there is an animal you are interested in and want to place a hold on there will be a non refundable fee that is 25% of the value of chosen animal (example animal $1000 value 25% fee will be $250)

Payment plans can be as followed unless otherwise specified, when inquiring about a payment plan please specify which animal(s) you will be interested in.

Genetics: Morphs:
We do our best to properly id all of our animals with that being said All recessive traits are guaranteed visual or het . Due to how the hobby is growing with new genes and morph co-dom / incomplete dominant traits, genes, morphs we can only speculate about what we see unless otherwise stated by us that has been tested for said traits/genes/morph or proven through breeding. Buyer can request a shed test to any animal on our page if interested Warning Testing Will Be The Buyers Expense.(Make Sure To Specify Which Animal(s) You Are Interested In purchasing And Which Animal(s) you Want Shed Tested)

We will offer deposit options during breeding season if there is any breeding pairs that you would want hatchlings for feel free to contact us with clutch id/ breeding pair information .

Please make sure of your county, state, providence, township regulations/rules etc etc as we are not responsible for up keeping with all the regulations nationwide as there are many different rules regulations and laws nationwide.

We do make sure all of our animals are sexed properly, we will sex animal(s) prior to shipping to make sure and verify that the animal(s) are labeled properly so you are getting the correct gender for your collection.

All sales are final, and all deposits and payments are non-refundable. In the instance that buyer(s) fail to complete their payment plan within the agreed timeframe it will result in the forfeit of their hold on the animal(s) and any money that was out towards said animal(s).

Shipping:
We ship Monday-Wednesday weather permitting we will not ship Thursday-Sunday. Animals are shipped overnight via FedEx to the buyer's nearest FedEx Ship Center, where they will be held for pickup. Exceptions for home delivery may be made under certain circumstances.
Our shipping policy is based on the safety of our animals as we do not wish to risk their health and safety to make a dollar; so, please be considerate of our shipping policies days and weather conditions.

If the buyer fails to obtain the animal IMMEDIATELY after home delivery or If picking up at the hub then buyer has within 8hours then our live arrival and health guarantee will be void.

Heath Guarantee:
We offer a 100% live arrival and health guarantee. Any illness or death must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a store credit or replacement with proof. Any Issues arising after this window but within the first 7 days of receipt may be considered for full or partial credits, or replacement(s) all of which will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We do offer wholesale pricing for those whom are interested Wholesale pricing is available when purchasing 7 or more animals of the same species .
