Store Policy:
Payment: We accept PayPal, the price of all animals will reflect fees and taxes in the list price. Shipments will not be made until all funds have cleared and payment plans are paid in full.
Payment Plans: Short term payment plans are available with a 25% nonrefundable down payment, message to arrange. Min $1000 to qualify for payment plans and must be paid in full within 90 days. In light that you have put a deposit or paid off a snake and you change your mind FOR ANY REASON, no refund will be given. No refund will be given if you chose to return the animal. If you were late on payment date, there is a $40 fee added to the bill. At which time you have 14 days to make the payment plus the $40 fee. After that 14-day period money will be kept.
Shipping: U.S. shipping via FedEx next day service only Monday through Wednesday. Most shipments can be sent for between $50 and $100 dollars. Once your order is placed, we will be in contact to make final shipping arrangements. We will not ship without confirmation of an agreed upon date. Customer must be at the ship to/pick up address or live arrival guarantee is void. Animals will not be shipped if temperatures at either end are going to be below 40 degrees F and above 90 degrees F. Shipments will not go out during times when our shipper doesn’t offer insurance (weekends, holidays, etc.). We are not held responsible to know buyers local, state, or federal regulations, it is the buyer’s responsibility to know whether the animal is permitted in their area. If payment has been completed and it is later discovered the animal is not permitted in your area a refund will be issued prior to shipment minus a 15% restocking fee.
Arrival: Once animal is delivered/picked up, we require that a video and pictures being taken of the unboxing. If there are any issues with your purchase, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the animal or we will consider the transaction complete, and all responsibility will be transferred to purchaser.
Refunds: In the unlikely event that an animal is DOA, proof will be required. Please contact us immediately and do not dispose of the animal before contact. Animals DOA will be replaced, or credit issued at our discretion. Authorized refunds will be offered in the form of a replacement animal or equivalent credit towards animal(s) of your choice. Payments and deposits are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the animal(s) as agreed upon. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the animal does not arrive at the scheduled FEDEX delivery time. All animals are guaranteed to be correctly sexed, healthy and accurately match any description and/or pictures sent to customer prior to shipping, unless previously discussed and agreed upon. We do not guarantee animals, nor do we offer refunds because you changed your mind, don't want to wait for safe shipping conditions, can't complete your payment plan, etc.
All sales are final unless covered above.
