1. Live arrival guarantee. Shipping is done via FedEx Priority Overnight to hubs, residential, or business.
2. Check and know all state laws for the reptile you wish to purchase. We are not responsible for your laws. If a permit is required, we must have a copy.
3. Shipping is via FedEx Priority Overnight or Southwest Airlines (larger shipments).
4. In the event of a DOA, you must contact us within a 1/2 hour of receiving shipment. Photos and or video will be requested to verify. No cash refunds. Exchange for same of species or value in store credit.
