Terms of Service:•HEALTH GUARANTEE•
Kacie’s Kreatures guarantees all animals will arrive in perfect condition and health. Live arrival is guaranteed for 48 hours once the buyer has received their animal. After 48 hours, we are no longer responsible for any damage or injuries caused to the animal. This can include, but is not limited to: feeding issues, dehydration, burns, etc.
Please contact us immediately if there is a health issue or any concern, failure to do so will void the guarantee.
We are not responsible for any damages caused by FedEx workers.
We will not be responsible for any DOA’s (dead on arrivals) or additional problems caused by an incorrect shipping address. If a redirection of the package is needed the customer will be required to pay any additional fees to deliver the package. All guarantees regarding live arrival will be void.•SHIPPING•
We offer shipping through Redline shipping and ship overnight with FedEx. Live arrival guarantee is covered for hub pick-up ONLY. Someone must be home and ready to grab the animal upon delivery/pickup!
Weather and temperatures must always be a concern when shipping live animals. We will not ship in temperatures below 40°F or higher than 90°F. We will hold animals until temperatures and weather are within a safe range.
We only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
If an animal is DOA during shipping, the customer must contact us within 1 hour of receiving the animal, otherwise it is no longer our responsibility. Photographic proof of the deceased animal and shipping box will be required in all cases. A full refund or replacement animal will be issued for confirmed DOA’s.•PAYMENT PLANS & DEPOSITS•
A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any animal. I do NOT take deposits before babies are hatching from the egg. Kacie’s Kreatures offers a 30 day payment plan for low value purchases (anything *below* $500) and a 60 day payment plan for high value purchases (anything *above* $500). Payments may be made when convenient as long as they are within the agreed time frame. All payment plans and deposits are non-refundable. If the animal placed on hold falls ill or passes away the customer will be refunded, including the deposit, or given a replacement animal.
It is the buyer's full responsibility to ensure all payments are made within the agreed and required time frame, failure to do so within the agreed time frame or wanting to cancel will be considered a broken payment plan. Broken payment plans will not be issued any refunds.
We accept PayPal and Cash. All sales are final.•SALES POLICY FOR STATE LAWS•
Kacie’s Kreatures holds no responsibility for any failure to adhere to state laws regarding certain species. Any rear fanged species will only be sold to individuals 21 years of age or older. Where applicable, proof of a venomous permit is required for the purchase of rear fanged species. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure full compliance with all legal requirements for ownership of the species they’re interested in.
