We believe in producing snakes that are both pet and breeder quality at the same time, and we do everything we can to ensure that all of the animals we breed and sell are at their peak health and of the utmost quality. Each animal is unique and appreciated for its own characteristics.Although our collection size has changed over the years (to almost nothing for a while), we've been keeping/breeding reptiles since we hatched our first clutch of kingsnakes in 1996. We are once again increasing our breeding colony size and beginning a more goal-oriented breeding program with our animals.We may be new to selling on Morphmarket and be just returning to online selling in general, but we are far from new to breeding and marketing snakes! We still have the love for breeding high-quality reptiles that we had back when we started. We are proud to have found (or identified) some of the cornsnake morphs that are still being bred today: zagtec cornsnakes, silverleaf Kisatchie cornsnakes, and the ubiquitous tessera cornsnake! (We produced the first known tessera cornsnakes that were identified as such, figured out the dominant mode of inheritance, and even gave them their uniquely perfect name! This will always be one of our biggest accomplishments.)We specialize in producing perfect pet and breeder quality animals by specializing in cornsnake morphs and other select colubrids including Florida kingsnakes, Mexican black kingsnakes, Cape house snakes, and more! All reptiles are guaranteed alive & healthy upon receipt when shipped in accordance with our policies. Unless otherwise stated, all snakes have eaten unscented rodents ≥5 times.All sales are final with a “no return & no refund policy.” A purchase means you accept our terms & conditions and are ≥18 years of age. We reserve the right to decline/refuse any sale. Buyer is responsible for legality of purchases.I accept PayPal (F&F), Venmo (F&F), CashApp/CashApp Pay, Money Orders, Credit/Debit cards (via square), and bank transfers from all users. Additionally, I accept Venmo (G&S), PayPal (G&S to listed address only), Checks, and AfterPay from Level 2+ buyers, but these payment methods may be restricted and/or may have a small additional fee charged. Buyer’s name must match the ID used with FedEx.KJUN credit expires 12 months after issuance and cannot be used towards shipping charges. Payments are considered NON-refundable. Payment plans, when available, have a non-refundable deposit followed by non-refundable, scheduled payments. Failure to meet the payment plan requirements will result in forfeiture of all payments and the animal(s). Payments/Credits are non-transferable. Payment plans must be paid via PayPal (F&F), Venmo (F&F), CashApp, Money Orders, or Checks. Sales tax will be charged when required.Animals are not held until payment is received and are not shipped until they are paid in full. If a buyer fails to respond to contact attempts for 14 consecutive days; then all payments are 100% forfeited to KJUN, and the animal is considered abandoned. Payment reversals or fraudulent payments will be litigated and criminally prosecuted. Level 1&2 users may have payments held for up to 14 days before shipping.Shipping costs are determined by location and boxing/handling charges. We directly ship to CONUS & Alaska. We will ship to brokers for exportation, but brokered shipments have no guarantees. All fixed/free shipping rates are for CONUS / FEDEX HUB only.Animals are shipped FEDEX overnight using appropriate materials for predicted weather conditions in most weeks. Reptiles are only shipped on TUESDAY (typically) or Wednesday (rarely), of most weeks, to maximize animal safety and minimize shipping costs. Shipments may be delayed or restricted when temperatures are extreme (such as below 36F or above 94F for HUB-PICKUP) or when any issue makes shipping risky (such as holidays, bad weather, emergencies, etc.). Delivery to a home/business will have more restricted temperature-related shipping conditions, as determined by us, than HUB-PICKUP shipments. We only ship on days when shipping insurance is available for purchase. Purchase specifically means that you agree to wait for safe shipping conditions (in accordance with our policy) on a regularly scheduled shipping day. Shipping delays, for any reason, are not a justification for a refund.LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
When shipping in accordance with our recommendations, we offer LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE! We are not responsible for shipping errors/deaths related to mistakes by the buyer, routing changes, not being picked up by buyer within 60 minutes of HUB availability, and/or not being accepted by buyer on the first delivery attempt. Any replacement for lost/DOA animals during shipping may be in store credit ONLY. When shipped to a non-HUB location, buyer must be present to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt. There is no live arrival guarantee on non-HUB deliveries unless packages are delivered directly to the buyer before 10:30am.If there is an issue with an animal (such as DOA, a visibly unhealthy/damaged animal, etc.), then the buyer must notify us with images/videos immediately upon pickup (<60 minutes). If we are not notified of an error in the appropriate time frame, then buyer assumes all responsibility for animal as-is with no further claim against us.In the rare case of an animal arriving dead on arrival (DOA), the customer agrees to work with KJUN to settle the issue with store credit towards a new animal(s). Buyer must follow all insurance requirements (including time requirements) to receive credit for a lost/DOA shipment as outlines by the Shipping Insurance policies. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on original and replacement animals.
Many lizards may drop their tails during shipping as a natural response to the stress of shipping. We do not guarantee this will not happen. Unless otherwise stated, all animals will be outwardly free of known/visible issues with no guarantee of non-visible ones. Once animals are received, sales are complete. Buyer must avoid placing the snake/box in the sun, stopping on the way home, or doing anything to prevent quickly placing the snake into proper husbandry conditions.GENETICS:
All identified morphs are based to the best of our ability on the appearance of the animal, appearance of the lineage, and/or known traits. Sex is 100% guaranteed unless otherwise stated. Mistakes on a sexed animal must be reported within 24 hours for a replacement/ store credit. In some cases, sex for some small reptiles cannot be guaranteed.The buyer should use the posted images/information to confirm identification of visual morphs for themselves prior to purchasing an animal. “Definite het” for known simple recessive traits is guaranteed for all animals produced or proven by us. Unproven “het” traits for animals we did not produce are not guaranteed. Suitability for breeding is not guaranteed.Images are posted to show an animal’s pattern and for morph identification by the customer. Our snakes are photographed in bright locations under various LED lights using an assortment of DSLR and/or phone cameras with/without a flash. We do our best to have accurately colored of our snakes posted based on how we see those images on our monitors; but since we lack control over your type of monitor and color settings, we do not guarantee that the colors you perceive are perfectly accurate representations of the animal. Additionally, some snakes can have drastic color changes depending on mood/temp of the snake, type of lighting, camera type, camera auto-setting, background colors, and more.POST-SHIPPING:
We strongly encourage buyers to communicate any issue, questions, or concerns with us immediately at any time after the purchase of the snake! If you need help – or have an issue – reach out to us for advice. We will try to help you!
Any animal’s health issue that develops post-shipping must be communicated to KJUN within 7 days of receiving the animal before you first seek assistance from any other source. We are not responsible for any veterinary (or other) expenses incurred by the buyer. Always quarantine every purchase.
Recognize that shipping is stressful and can put animals off their normal feeding habits for some time. To maximize the success rate, snakes should be immediately placed in their “forever home” with perfect husbandry conditions and allowed to settle for a minimum of 72 hours before being offered a slightly smaller than normal food item. Once feeding, you can resume a normal feeding/handling regime: do not overhandle! Reptiles often change their feeding preferences (such as from thawed to live, back to scented, or to a smaller prey item) when stressed.
We cannot guarantee the animal’s health or personality once it leaves our care for your possession and your care. We are not responsible for the actions of any animal purchased by a buyer. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liability from any injury/issue caused by an animal. All listed policies here may change at any time as deemed necessary by us.HOGNOSE -
We do not sale western hognose snakes where illegal (IA or CO); proof of permit is required for sales to IL and MO. Hognose bites can potentially lead to rare allergic reactions needing medical attention in some people. We are not responsible for any medical costs or deaths resulting from a hognose bite. Buyer assumes full responsibility, liability, and costs associated with any hognose bite.DISCOUNTS:
Discounts on retail prices of animals are often available on multi-animal purchases. Returning customers that left positive feedback within one week of their first purchase are eligible for a discount on their next regular priced purchase but must inquire about potential discounts prior to a price quote. Payment plan customers are not eligible for discounts.Wholesale pricing on bulk orders is available on most of the animals we produce.WHOLESALE:
Contact us for lower wholesale pricing on any larger group of animals.Animals listed with a specific wholesale price must typically be purchased in quantities of 10+ in most cases. Wholesale purchases are ineligible for payment plans and will usually be comprised of typical of wholesale lots (such as sex being irrelevant, etc.). Wholesale buyers may be asked for proof of a business license.
