Night Sky Geckos PolicyHealth and Safety is incredibly important to us and we will ensure the health of the animal and certain considerations are prioritized to adhere to the animal’s safety first. Payment: We accept Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, and cash for local pickup. PayPal is no longer accepted.Payment plans are available for all geckos over $200 with a 25% Non-refundable deposit. Gecko(s) should be paid in full within a 30 day timeframe of when deposit was initially made. Geckos over $600 can be put on the same 25% non refundable deposit with 60 days to pay the balance in full. If life happens to occur, we can most certainly extend depending on circumstances. If the buyer is unable to fulfill the plan within the agreed upon date, that animal will be forfeit and placed back for sale. Anything paid can go towards another gecko if the buyer chooses within six months of the forfeit.Shipping: Geckos to be shipped will be booked with certain considerations. - Temperatures must be between 45F- 80 F from shipping point to the destination hub. If temperatures are not within that range, Night Sky Geckos will continue to monitor temperatures until they are within the appropriate range and will contact the customer regarding shipment scheduling. - Geckos will be only shipped overnight via FedEx using Reptiles2You or Red Line to a Hub location only. - Winter and summer holds are available with no chargeDOA: In the event of the animal arriving deceased, Night Sky Geckos needs to be contacted immediately with photos of the animal in the box. All DOAs must be reported within an hour of picking up from the FedEx hub. Night Sky Geckos will offer a full replacement, full credits towards another animal, or refund if the terms of the DOA policy are met.
