North Country Corns & Kings LLC strives to produce quality, healthy snakes in an ever-increasing variety of morphs. We try to please every customer with the snake that they desire. The time has come to state terms and conditions to better serve our customers and to protect our interests.
ALL SALES ARE MADE WITH THE ASSUMPTION THAT THE BUYER HAS READ
AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITONS SET FORTH HEREIN. IF YOU DO NOT READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU CANNOT RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISPUTE A PURCHASE OR REQUEST A REFUND.
Sales: All sales are final unless something happens to the snake prior to shipment.
All deposits are non-refundable. unless the snake dies prior to shipment.
A 25% deposit of the purchase price is required on any snake not being shipped immediately. These deposits are non-refundable and ensure that the customer does not miss out on purchasing a snake that is "on hold". The deposit will go towards the purchase price of the snake. Snakes will be "on hold" only if the 25% non-refundable deposit is made, and the remaining amount is paid in full within 30 days. The snake must be paid in full, with shipping, prior to shipping. The only exceptions to this are emergency circumstances, which must be disclosed to us in a timely manner, or weather conditions.
If you place a deposit and fail to pay either the remainder of the price and shipping and organize a shipment date to a FedEx hub within a month's time, your deposit will be absorbed, and the snake will be relisted. Any wholesale hatchlings must be paid in full immediately upon selection and agreeing to a price. These must be shipped the next available shipping date, being Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. The only exception to this would be holidays or weather, on either end, that prohibits it.
Any purchase of an unestablished baby is done at the buyer's discretion. These snakes do not come with any guarantee of survival. We do not have an issue selling babies that aren't fully established, as long as the buyer accepts the risks. Any unestablished baby that is being sold at a reduced price must be paid for immediately and shipping arranged for the next available Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. We accept Paypal, Venmo, or cash. Check payments will be accepted, on a very limited basis. Snakes will not be shipped prior to full payment being received.
Shipping: All snakes are shipped via an approved, insured shipping company through FedEx. We generally use Reptiles to You. We ship to FedEx hubs only. This is what is best for the animal. Snakes can be shipped anywhere within the continental US. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that the morph and/or species is legal in your state. NO SHIPPING TO GEORGIA. Any mistake made by the buyer on this part does not constitute a return of the purchase, shipping cost, or deposit. We do not do international shipping.
Shipping is on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with next-day delivery.
Snakes will be shipped via the guidelines provided by the shipping company's website. This will limit shipments in extreme hot or cold temperatures. Any snake shipped in borderline temperatures will have either cold packs or heat packs to maintain healthy temperatures in the shipping box.
Hold for pickup at a FedEx hub is required. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the destination FedEx location is willing to hold the package. It is also the buyer's responsibility to provide us with the closest FedEx hub available to them.
Health: All snakes sold are produced in-house unless otherwise specified. All snakes, unless specified, are guaranteed to be eating without assistance on frozen, thawed mice for a minimum of three consecutive feedings.
All hatchling snakes are sexed via "popping". This method is fairly accurate.
However, with every sexing method, it is not 100% guaranteed. All adult snakes are sold either being proven breeders or popped by us as hatchlings. We do not guarantee adult snake's breeding capabilities. All questions will be detailed in discussions prior to purchase (infertility, egg issues, bleeding during copulation, etc.). All snakes are sold with the assumption that the buyer is aware of basic care requirements. Any lapse in care will not be considered cause for refund. We will answer questions as needed. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse the sale of an animal if we have a concern for its health. This is not limited to but includes bad Facebook reviews, peer reviews from trusted breeders, and lack of judgment exhibited by the buyer during conversations with us. All snakes that are hatchlings will be shipped with their records' card.
These terms and conditions go into effect as of April 11, 2024. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Changes will be posted on the page.
