🦎 Live Animal Guarantee
We guarantee all bearded dragons sold are healthy, alert, and feeding at the time of sale. Each dragon is thoroughly checked for overall wellness before shipping or pickup.

Please inspect your animal immediately upon arrival. If you notice any health concerns within 24 hours, contact us with photos and a full description.

📦 Shipping Policy
Live animal shipping is available Monday through Wednesday only, via overnight service with appropriate climate control packaging.

We only ship when weather conditions are safe for the animal’s health on both ends (typically 40–85°F).

You must be available to receive the animal on the first delivery attempt. Failure to do so may void the live arrival guarantee.

🔁 Refunds & Returns
All sales are final on live animals. We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to buyer’s remorse, incompatibility with other pets, or failure to follow proper husbandry.

In the rare event of a DOA (dead on arrival), we must be notified within 1 hour of delivery with clear, timestamped photos and unboxing video. Credit may be issued at our discretion.

💵 Payment & Holds We accept payment via (Cash, Zelle, Venmo, etc.)

A non-refundable deposit of [typically 25%] is required to place a hold on any bearded dragon.

Animals must be paid in full before shipping or pickup.

📚 Responsibility
Buyers are expected to do their research and be prepared to provide proper care. We are happy to answer questions and provide care sheets upon request, but ultimate responsibility for animal care lies with the buyer.
