PAYMENT: Payment (including shipping cost) must be in full via Square, Venmo, PayPal *F&F, or Zelle prior to animal being shipped. Holds/payment plans may be discussed and considered on any animal $250+, but will be honored on a case by case basis. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to hold an animal on a payment plan. Other payment options will be added at a future date. ||TRADES: If a trade is agreed upon, the other party must ship their animal(s) TO ME first. I will purchase my own shipping label. Upon receipt of traded animal(s), assuming everything looks good, I will ship out my agreed-upon trade to the other party once they purchase their shipping label. Trades generally will only be considered on listings indicated as such. ||SHIPPING: I ship FedEx (priority overnight) via Reptiles2You on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with an approved insulated shipping box and heat/cool packs if required at the time of shipping. Shipment must be to your closest FedEx hub ("Hold at Location"). Timing will depend on weather at my location and buyer’s location, as well as any shipping alerts due to weather or natural disasters.Shipping costs range from $75-$100. I am only able to ship within the contiguous 48 states in the US, sorry! ||REFUNDS: If animal has not yet been shipped, I will grant a full refund for the cost of the animal + shipping. If cancellation is requested after a ship date is agreed upon but the animal has not shipped out, I will grant a full refund for the cost of the animal, but will not refund the cost of the shipping label.Full refunds will only be given in the case of a DOA animal, and video proof must be provided *within 4 hours* of animal arriving at FedEx hub. Video unboxing is recommended. Refunds will not be granted for buyer's remorse, spouse/partner/parental conflict, husbandry errors/mishandling by the buyer, etc.
