We accept cash and credit cards through Square. A credit card processing fee may be added to the total. Payment plans may be available upon inquiry. Absolutely no refunds on payment plans!! Call (636) 359-5281. to discuss payment options.Terms and services- All reptiles are guaranteed to arrive alive, healthy, and as described at the time of purchase.- To document a DOA, take a photo and contact via messaging (email/text) within the first 2 hours of the documented delivery time. This message should include pictures/video of the animal and details of arrival. The animal will then immediately be refunded/credited.-Payment must be made in full before any animal is shipped. 25% nonrefundable deposit to hold an animal.-Live arrival guarantee will only apply to the cost of the animal and not the cost of shipping. Shipping costs for replacement animals are the responsibility of the buyer.-Hub pickups must be picked up within 2 hours once FedEx states package is ready for pickup.-Once inspected and accepted the wellbeing of the animal is the sole responsibility of the buyer.Thank you for your business!!!Nick and Sarah
