SS Corns and Exotics accepts payment by Credit Card through Square, Paypal, Venmo, and Cash (if local pickup). The price of animals does not include shipping cost unless specified. Shipping cost can be calculated once your zip code is provided. No Animals or Fish will be shipped until they are paid in full.
SS Corns and Exotics will accept Payment plans on animals or fish that have a price of $500 or more. there will be a 50% non-refundable deposit required. You will have 3 weeks to pay the balance and if not paid the animal or fish will go back for sale and your
non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
SS Corns and Exotics will hold animals or fish under $500 for 1 week with a 50% non-refundable deposit. If the balance is not paid within 1 week the animal or fish will be put back for sale and your 50% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
SS Corns and Exotics will only ship Fish and Reptiles via Fed Ex Overnight Services. It is recommended to have the shipment held at Fed Ex Facility for pickup. Residential door service will be done with SS Corns and Exotics discretion. If shipped to door the shipment needs to be accepted and signed for on first delivery attempt.
Shipment will only be done on Tuesdays and Wednesdays excluding the day before a holiday and a holiday. Shipments will only be made when the temps at both locations are 40F to 90F. It is SS Corns and Exotics choice to delay sending a package due to weather, or events that may possibly delay package. SS Corns and Exotics will only ship when day is agreed upon with buyer.
Live Arrival Guarantee on all shipments. The guarantee will only be honored if the shipment is picked up within 2 hours of the Fed Ex facility being open or the shipment accepted and signed for on the first attempt of delivery. In the case of a deceased on arrival you must contact SS Corns and Exotics by email (sscorns@gmail.com) within 1 hour of the package being picked up or accepted. The email must contain a video of you unboxing the animal or fish.
Any deceased that meet the forementioned criteria will be covered in a refund of store credit, shipping will not be covered. Shipping cost of a replacement will be the responsibility of the buyer to cover.
SS Corns and Exotics is not responsible for and shipment damage or delays.
All sales are final; no animals or fish may be returned due to bio security reasons. Once animals or fish are in your possession, they are your responsibility, SS Corns and Exotics will not be held reliable. Once inspected and accepted the wellbeing of the animal or fish is the sole responsibility of the buyer. SS Corns and Exotics will not be responsible for any veterinary costs incurred by the buyer for any upkeep or maintenance of the animal or fish.
