Packages must be verified within 10 hours of receiving for health and customer satisfaction. No partial refunds. The animal must be returned within 24hrs and a label can be provided for return shipping. No refund or credit of any kind will be issued if the animal is not returned or confirmed dead on arrival. Shipping is only done through Fed Ex for overnight priority with weather permitting. No charges for holding for better shipping conditions.
