Live Animal Purchase and Sales Agreement and Terms of Service
All animals purchased are guaranteed to be healthy, feeding consistently, and sexed within specification. The seller agrees that the animal(s) being purchased are exactly as represented in color, pattern, size, and sex. If the animal is not as described you must contact us within 24 hours and a satisfactory replacement or refund will be issued. Return shipping will be at the buyer’s expense.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE
Unique Southern Reptiles offers a live arrival guarantee. If the animal is D.O.A. (Dead Upon Arrival) please contact us within one hour of delivery with a photograph of the packaging and the deceased animal. If any health issues arise, or the animal is not as described, we must be informed within 24 hours and we will work with you to help resolve the issue. Temperament is dependent on many variables and the temperament and disposition
is not guaranteed.
PAYMENT PLAN/DEPOSIT POLICY
We offer 30 day Payment plans on purchases more than $500 and less than $1000 60 day payment plans for 1500-2000 and 120 Day Payment plans on purchases over $5,000.00. We do not currently offer payment plans for orders under $500.
If you fail to complete payment within the date given or are not consistent with payments, any payments made up into that point will remain with us and your deposit will be voided with the animal being placed back up for sale.
